» When completing the account application online, you will be asked to upload a form of ID such as a drivers license.  If you do not have an ID in an electronic format, you may either fax or mail us a copy.

Alternatively, you can choose to download your account forms directly from the Internet or request our Starter Kit by mail.

To Download the forms, follow these steps:

STEP #1 Select and download the appropriate forms. If you are a non-US account holder, please complete the W-8 tax form which is necessary for us to process the account.

STEP #2  Print and complete the account documentation. Please make sure you sign and date all appropriate areas on all required forms.

STEP #3  Fax or mail your documents to Titan Commodities, at the address/fax below. (Some accounts may require additional documentation. If you have any questions regarding the account documents, please contact us).
